Tweaks to handle having the gdp-if code in a separate repository.
Moved /uhb/mqtt-gateway* to /uhb/mqtt-gateway/*
Add Upstart scripts for the MQTT-GDP gateway. This should allow your
system to auto-start them on reboot. It does assumes you are already
starting the gdp using an Upstart script with job name gdplogd. This is
a bit pessimistic; there is no reason that a gdplogd needs to be running...
Add a "uhb" directory for files related to the Urban Heart Beat project.
The first application is an MQTT to GDP gateway.
